Taylors Bulbs Tulip Garden Mix (12)

An easy, effective way to bring a wave of classic spring colour to beds and borders, this Tulip Garden Mix brings together a vibrant assortment of colours in traditional, elegant tulip form. Flowering in April and May, it's a reliable, cheerful choice for filling gaps between shrubs, edging a border, or planting in generous drifts for maximum impact.

Plant from September through to November, at a depth of around three times the bulb's height, in full sun or light shade and free-draining soil. Tulips are happiest in a sunny spot but will hold their colour a little longer out of the strongest midday sun. For the best display, plant in bold groups rather than singly, and remove flowerheads as they fade to keep the display looking fresh and tidy.

Reaching a typical garden height, this mix suits both open borders and containers, and pairs well with later-flowering perennials that will fill in as the tulip foliage dies back. Each variety in the mix has been chosen for reliable, colourful garden performance.
