The socket is, and that is what this solves. Built with an injection-molded ABS battery interface, a 3D-printed ABS tool socket for a close fit, and pure copper contacts. This helps you get the most out of your existing battery system while avoiding the cost of another set of batteries and chargers. It also carries battery protection electronics (BMS) inside.
