Taylors Bulbs Bursting with Beauty (12)
An eye-catching pairing of two spring favourites, this Taylors Bulbs collection combines the frilled, peony-like blooms of Narcissus 'Replete' with the sugar-pink elegance of Tulip 'Mistress'. Replete's ruffled white petals surround a crumpled centre of pale coral-pink, giving each flower a soft, layered look quite unlike a classic daffodil, while Mistress brings sturdy stems of glowing pink blooms with delicately paler margins to complete the display.
Flowering from March into May, with Replete reaching around 45cm and Mistress a similar 45-50cm, this pack of 12 bulbs works beautifully in borders, containers, or cutting gardens, and the two varieties bloom in close succession for a longer season of colour. Plant bulbs in autumn, 10-15cm deep, in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or light shade, and shelter from strong winds where possible. As with most spring bulbs, all parts are best kept away from pets and children, and gloves are worth wearing when handling and planting.
Each pack is hand-selected before dispatch.
