Rosa 'Lampion' 5ltr

A vigorous, bushy floribunda bred by Rosen Tantau in 2012, named for its striking resemblance to glowing round paper lanterns. The medium-sized blooms are bright yellow and very full and double, with a flame of red along the outer edge of the petals, fading to a soft rosé tone as they mature. Flowers appear in generously adorned clusters — typically a main bloom flanked by 3–4 side buds — a little later in the season than many varieties. Foliage is an intense, glossy dark green and notably healthy and disease-resistant. An award winner internationally, including honours in Monza, Paris, and Orléans. Reaches around 70–100cm in height, with vigorous, prolific shoot production making for a full, well-furnished plant.
