Narcissus 'Golden Trumpets' 2Kg
Narcissus 'Golden Trumpet' — 2Kg
A true classic of the spring garden, Narcissus 'Golden Trumpet' is a Division 1 trumpet daffodil, meaning each sturdy stem carries a single, bold bloom with a trumpet as long as or longer than the surrounding golden-yellow petals. Instantly recognisable and reliably free-flowering, it's the archetypal daffodil shape that defines the start of the gardening year, equally at home naturalised in grass, massed in borders, or picked for cheerful indoor arrangements.
Best planted in early autumn, 10-15cm deep, in well-drained soil in full sun or light shade, trumpet daffodils are undemanding once established and will naturalise readily to form ever-larger clumps year after year. Allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering, rather than tying or cutting it, to help build strong bulbs for the following spring.
